Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after seven days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of video tapes, discs, or software used. 3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered as intellectual property. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services. 6- If the contract involves purchasing software downloads via the internet. The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company.
